Washington, DC | The 2004 Presidential candidates have been concentrating their efforts almost entirely on "undecided" voters in a handful of battleground states.
With a government perhaps more bitter and divided than at any other time since the Civil War, the fate of the United States is in the hands a few people who just can't make up their minds.
