In Snap, if a boy breaks a jelly bracelet (also known as a "shag band") off a girl's wrist, he wins a particular sexual reward corresponding with the color of that bracelet. But until now, the rules have varied widely according to region and age group. In Florida, for example, purple wins a French kiss. However, in New Jersey, purple only gets you a bicycle seat sniff. The official rules are expected to be ratified in time for the National Snap Competition in South Padre Island next spring.
