More Secret Messages Found in LoveSan Worm
Redmond, WA | The LoveSan worm, also known as MS Blaster, continues to spread worldwide, triggering computer crashes and slowing Internet connections.
Specifically targeting the Windows operating system, it carries a mocking message for Microsoft's chairman: "Billy Gates why do you make this possible? Stop making money and fix your software!!" But computer security experts are finding additional messages encrypted within the worm:
"Mommy why do you make this every week? Stop making meatloaf and fix me a sloppy joe!!"
"Howie why do you tape those signs on my back? Stop making people kick me."
"Kelly why did you do that film with Justin? Stop making crappy movies and answer my love letters."
Investigators say each new clue helps bring them closer to identifying the author and could eventually lead to an arrest.
A patch has been available on Microsoft's website for several weeks. However, most PC users stop downloading Microsoft patches after they realise, no matter what they do, they'll still be running Windows.
