President Spells Out
New Cyber Security Plans
Crawford, TX | Consulting his most trusted advisors at the Bush family's South Texas ranch this month, the President spelled out new cyber security plans. The general consensus was that he almost spelled it correctly.
National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice said, "At first, the President seemed confused because two of the words begin with the same sound. But once we explained that "cyber" begins with a C and not an S, he was able to finish without much difficulty."
The U.S. Defense Secretary was particularly impressed with Bush's choice of colors. "He used a different crayon for each word," Rumsfeld said. "He picked yellow for 'new' and burnt umber for 'cyber'. Then he pondered for a really long time before choosing orange to write 'security' then he wrapped it up with cobalt blue."
After outlining his "new cyber security plans" with a black rectangle, the President taped it to the refrigerator door, where he received praise and encouragement from his parents, former President George Bush, Sr. and former First Lady Barbara Bush.
