Kabul Experiencing Shortage of Clean Underpants

[Qatar] -- The Al-Jazeera news organization reports clean underwear is practically non-existent in the Afghanistan capitol city of Kabul and surrounding areas.
    The cause is believed to be that most members of the Taliban government have been shitting in their pants for three weeks.
    There are no relief efforts planned, as long as bombing in that country continues. Pentagon sources say there will be a future "pants drop", but probably not the kind Taliban leaders may have hoped for.
