Hallmark Shelves "Snowy" Christmas Card Idea

[Kansas City, MO] -- The public relations department of Hallmark Cards has decided against distributing a new line of novelty Christmas cards which, when opened, releases a white powder up into the recipient's face and plays "Let It Snow."
    The former Manager of Development stated, "I dunno. It seemed like a good idea at the time."
